The events pick up immediately after the end of the first season, where Loki (Tom Hiddleston) finds himself panicked and lost following his shocking encounter with Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors). The plot is very engaging, keeping the viewer hooked from start to finish, with moments of unexpected shocks that make the series even more exciting.
The series uses the concept of time travel intelligently, allowing the viewer to feel disoriented at times, just as Loki does.
